Cookie/Apple Inquiry

{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} Ho.....ho.....ho.......Ladies

I bought a few boxes of Cheryl's cookies this year for the first time and man are they delish{#emotions_dlg.tt1} As in the past..... I also bought some Mrs. Prindables. I'm going to have to freeze a batch of cookies that are already five days. My question is.....is it necessary to freeze the cookies without butter cream? And.....how long do you keep your apples at room temp? TYIA
