Okay.  I heard differntly from a a guy on the Consumer Outlook segment on TV.  Maybe they will find a way to still be around.

I will miss Corelle. That's all I use now.

@Sooner I agree with you especially the enameled cast iron......the best for lasagna, or any baking for that matter. Food just slides out and clean-up is a breeze. The best part is that breaking is never an issue, and if one cares for it properly, it won't chip.

I have been very pleased with Anchor Hocking, some very good deals at HSN for sets.

Me too.  I'm converting my kitchen back to all glass storage and my HSN Anchor Hocking sets were my first purchases in this endeavor.

@rockygems123 - I also found Fire-King at estate sales, I also find them at thrift stores. I was thrilled because when I was going to bake Amish Friendship bread 2 of my Fire-King loaf pans clanked together and one broke. Unfortunately they don't make bakeware as good as they used to, so anytime I see Fire-King I know it's quality material. I will also pick up the other vintage bakeware when I see it as well.

I have a lot of my grandmother's Pyrex glass refrigerator containers. I now need to find some new Pyrex measuring cups as two have broken. I have checked two thrift stores but so far, no luck. I know I can go to almost any store and buy them, but they are not the same.
