While you've got the Pam out, and if you live where it snows, spray some Pam on your shovel (especially on days with wet heavy snow) and it slides right off - no sticking. As the can runs down, buy a new one for the kitchen and put the can with some still in it out in the garage to be handy for the shovel.

I use Pam but didn't know it was bad for you or that there were different types. Obviously, I don't buy it often. And it's kind of expensive. so maybe I should switch to Crisco.

I can't say for sure about waffle irons because I don't know if I ever owned a waffle iron and I haven't eaten waffles in years. Sorry.

I used PAM on my waffle iron when I made waffles years ago.
