Old World Vivid

I just received my Vivid TSV Dinnerware and I noticed that on the bottom they are rough like they are not glazed and finished, so when they get stacked they will scratch each other. Has anyone ever had that problem with the other dinnerware from Temp-tations or do mine have a flaw?
