Yes!  For me it's been pickled beets, pickled eggs, grilled onions, jalapenos and hot pepperoncini peppers!

Kalamata Greek olives....I can't get enough of them and make sure there's always a jar in the refrigerator! I love the Pearls brand.  The other thing is shredded Provel cheese - it's a St. Louis thing usually found on most all of our local pizzas. I love Provel melted on Doritos, on grilled sandwiches and melted on Triscuits. I tell myself that cheese is a good for me craving!

I rarely crave anything specific, but the other night I had a craving for baby carrots. Of course, I hadn't bought any in years. The last time I bought them, I didn't eat them fast enough and they rotted, so never got them again. The craving passed.

Graham crackers. Or potato chips, but it surprises me that it is a savory craving. I guess that's because there are so many keto sweet snacks that if I want somethig sweet, I have one.

Last week I was craving peanut butter on saltines.  My mom made this for my Friday lunches as a kid during Lent.  I made several.  I had to stop and buy saltines.  They were the best.  Probably haven’t had these in 50 years.  Odd.

I don't get cravings, but I always have the giant jar of Tasso Kalamata olives from Costco in the fridge. I'm usually  the only one who eats them, but I did send a good sized container home with my DSIL last weekend.

Sometimes I crave chicken livers

Or sometimes, sardines on crackers, with a little mustard or mayo

Or a hotdog from a hotdog truck in my area

I too, will get a craving for Sardines in soybean oil, jot it down on my grocery list for my next trip, buy a couple of cans, then it sits in the pantry for a couple of weeks until I get the craving again and eat it atop saltine crackers then it seems I won't crave it for awhile after that.

@SoCal Bred Boy do I know that!  I have a hint for you.  Amazon.  Santo Amaro, King Oscar, Crown Prince and lots of others from Scotland, Spain, Norway, and other countries in Europe and around the Mediterranean and South America are great.  Some have lemon or olive pieces in with them.

I'm not a fan of the great big ones, but sardines from these countries are a treat for me.  Just saying I've made them part of my diet because I love them and nothing else gets me as much good fats and calcium in an easy way.  Woman Wink  On a cracker!!!Woman Very Happy
