OLD COUNTRY ROSES

Can anyone tell me if Royal Doulton Old Country Roses pattern, has remained the same over the years?

I mean if you purchase a set or additional pieces now would they be the same exact pattern and colors including background color as older pieces?

Where would be the best place to purchase(not ebay)? Thanks,
