Re: OK Everyone - What's Cooking for this November 2018?

Thank you @Pooky1 I had no appetite because I was sick for a long time. I watched cooking shows all the time and now I can't quit eating!

Rastelli Prime Ribeye Pork Steaks, from here, which I received today, and cooked for dinner tonight, is the most tender, juicy pork I have ever eaten, difficult to believe I was eating pork.  I plan to keep these in the freezer at all times.  I ate it still pinkish inside.  People tend to over cook pork, so I was gentle, still had a nice golden surface.

@hellie jo  At one point when DD was around ten or so, she had an issue, became thin, and when it was remedied, I couldn't cook enough, lol, ate like a horse.

Homemade pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers and hot banana peppers.   Very tasty!

Re: OK Everyone - What's Cooking for this November 2018?

Haven't been around much lately. My two little angels ricky and Leah are in Colorado - it has been super difficult for me and all of there multitude of friends and family here. CPS had the Courts send them there for three weeks - that is difficult. They will be with their paternal grandparents who they have not seen in one and a half years.  they will be back here for Court on Dec 3rd. The Judge could keep them here but I suspect it may be the last time  I see them. Have had Ricky for four years and Leah, who is three, shortly after her birth. Nope, I did nothing wrong but the big thing is my age - illegal for anyone to bring it up but they have ways of doing it. The children left this morning at 4 a.m.  that was plain stupid to get those two little guys up and moving for an airplane flight at that time. Reason? The two CPS workers accompany them wanted to go early and return back to Sou Cal as soon as possible. To heck with the children.

They are enjoying themselves since arriving - everyone here was assuring them it was a fun vacation with people who loved them NO ONE HERE made an issue in front of them about leaving. Am sure they will love the snow!!! WOW!! What fun that could be. iT HAS BEEN SO HARD ON ME, LEADIN UP TO IT AND TODAY. Hope to sleep well tonight and then head to Urgent Care. Have been coming down with something and I need to have it attended to ASAP. I have COPD big time and anything in my lungs is hard on me. Today got a lot of urgent care taken care of - LOL - papers from the Juveile court which is a California Freeway nightmare drive, some warm clothes for my little 1 year old adorable great great who is Ricky and Leah's youngest brother - he is adorable and no, they do not live here.

Need to get a move on - hope all are well.

@Pooky1,

So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing.   I’m glad you have a brother there beside you; I would be lost without both of my brothers.  Prayers of peace to your family.
