O/T: Just received a surprise:

Yesterday I made a purchase on SNBC for a pan. After thinking about it, today I cancelled the order and low and behold the charge was (as of this afternoon) credit back to my account instead of waiting days before the charge - including QVC and Amazon will be dropped. That really is something nice to happen. I wish all the other chanels did the same thing!!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
