I believe that America's Test Kitchens said that OXO made the best non-stick fry pan.   Second was T-fal nonstick fry pan...

 

I've had the T-fal brand fry pans for years and still love them.

Bought a set of Rachael Ray dishwasher safe non-stick hard-anodized about a year ago.  At first I wasn't too sure of the quality, but we are empty nesters so they don't get a log of hard use.  They are lighter in weight than most of the hard-anodized, which I like.  I've become happier with them the longer I use them.
