Ninja recipe

Today Bob cooked chicken with red peppers, green onions, beef broth, garlic, peanut butter.  I thought he said Pork Denado (?) but made with chicken.  No such name on Google.  Anyone know what it was and where I can find a recipe?  Thanks in advance.

I don't know who Bob is, but it sounds like Thai Peanut Pork.

Bob Warden who demos Ninja.  He said it was in the Ninja cookbook.
