I know this has probably already been discussed but I wasn't sure how to search for previous topics. I've been pleased with my Ninja so far but I haven't tried the slow cooker feature yet. I remember there were some previous comments about liquids evaporating out of the pot and it was suggested by some of the posters to not leave the Ninja unattended while in slow cook mode. That's the whole point of having a slow cooker so you can leave it during the day. Do I need to cover up the steam vent during slow cook mode? I was going to try slow cooking tomorrow and am concerned if I need to babysit this all day.
