You can buy pea protein powder and make your own healthier cookie.I always replace fat with applesauce or banana.I use honey or maple syrup to sweeten in small amounts.I like to add nuts and seeds,drier fruit even peanut butter...you could add some

 choc chips but I like to eat my cookies for breakfast on the go so it is no in my dough.
