Not sure how long this product has been around but I have just found something new for me. They are Larry and Lenny's Protein White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies. You can find them in the Protein Bar aisle at Wal-Mart. One cookie per package and in a box with 4 cookies for $5.78.  My granddaughter came to visit yesterday and she knows I have been losing weight. These are Vegan and has an awesome taste-almost like a cookie dough has. Big chips of white chocolate chips in them. You would never know they were vegan. I sent my husband out to buy 4 boxes while our local Wal-Mart had them. The cookies are huge and about 1/4" thick. They are very fresh with a delicious taste. It has 16 grams of Protein per cookie. I split mine into 4 pieces and will use a 1/4 piece in between meals so I am not hungry. I never get enough Protein in my diet and I believe this can be a meal replacement also. They also come in Snickerdoodle, Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Pumpkin Spice, Lemon Poppy Seed, and Oatmeal Raisin. I will stick with the one I like for now. They also have a website.

Has anyone tried these and what ones do you like? I got a Wal-Mart gift card for $25.00 for Christmas so they are free to me this time. Even better. Smiley Happy

I've had these on a couple occasions.

Definitely Vegan Junk Food...like Lays & Coke..!

Too many isolates & processed ingredients to be considered a meal replacement...but a once-in-a-blue-moon treat, ok...but it's waaay down on the list.  Too many other amazing whole foods to eat first!

My son is vegan and I've been buying L & L's cookies for him at Walmart for a year now.  So far have tried the choc chip, macadamia white choc chip and the double chocolate choc chip.

He really enjoys them and I think they're quite good too!

Thanks for the feedback. I will have to try the chocolate chip ones and the oatmeal raisin ones next. I hope they keep them stocked. I am not a big meat

eater and I get sick of chicken. This won't bother my pancreatitis like fat from meat would and I can still get the protein. They are so good and fresh too. Smiley Happy

@MKR14: nothing "diet" about these! They are cookies.

@lolakimono: Thanks for posting a pic of the label and nutritional info. Check out the calories, calories from fat, carbs and sugars. These are definitely NOT on my weight loss program!

Re: New Product I found

[ Edited ]

I bought these more for the Protein than being on a diet. I exercise every day now and will just burn the calories off while enjoying the cookie. I will only eat a half a cookie on the days I want a treat not every day. I don't have much sugar or sodium in my diet so these will work good for me. Thanks. Smiley Happy
