I had the Keurig 2.0- it tore up about 3 months after I purchased it. Nothing would come out of it, no matter how much I descaled it or used a paper clip to clean the needle. Keurig sent me a replacement bc Walmart wouldn't take it back. I used the replacement for about 2 months before it started doing the same thing. Finally, I gave up and bought me a Mr. Coffee. I love the idea of the Keurig, but I think the 2.0 was just a piece of junk!
