Re: Need Cookware Set Recommendations

Thanks everyone for all the ideas....I wish I had known about the TSV from HSN on the Curtis Stone cookware!  Oh well it will come back one day.

My son will have to wash his by hand as his apartment has NO dishwasher.....he is just learning and has burned things (told me about it LOL) so I found a set by Circulon Stainless Steel and I am sure after a few yrs or so they will do like most non stick pans and fail.  I got them from Kohl's with coupon and Kohl's cash back.  I figure if he tries them and after a short while 6odays or so and they are sticking or peeling I know Kohl's will take them back.  Or if he doesn't like them I can return them.

OMGoodness it is there!! WHO KNEW!  Well I should have ordered that 10pc set they have then....oh well I still can and it will work out fine....wonder if HSN had this set and it was WAY cheaper price?  anyone know?

OH NO it says on the bottom description that it is factory remanufactured....that might not be a good idea after all.

Thinking about that Deen Sons cookware at EVINE now....looks just like Curtis STone stuff....hmmm

Re: Need Cookware Set Recommendations

I wouldn't buy a set of nonstick.  I'd buy stainless pots and stockpots and non-stick only in skillets.
