I have Ninja 3/1 Cooker , starting to run HOT. Anyone having this problem ? Been using since 2013 , thanks for any input.

Irish, the only thing I can tell you-myself included- is that it "running hot" has been a prevailing thought to the point where people tested it (I don't know how), and found that not to be true. On slow cooker mode, I would never leave my house: I still don't trust it the way I trust my Rival. Tell us what happened.... Poodlepet2

Modern sow cookers run hotter than older ones. The Ninja has that little steam hole that needs to be blocked when you are slow cooking so all the moisture doesn't escape or your food will burn. I just use a rolled up paper towel or piece of tin foil.

After browning sausage and chicken , put rest of veggies and meat on top added rest of tomatoes , turn it to oven setting at 300, at things started to boil hard ,not simmer.. Changed to slow cooker, after a simmer again turned to boil . So put it in the my oven to finish.
