Buy phyllo cupsi that are found in most freezer section of grocery store,
Fill and bake 350 10 min with suggestions , use more than one for variety
Do not make phyllo cups/shells to far in advance or they will loose their crisp
Look online for phyllo cup appetizer for ideas especially if you want to stick to your italian theme

Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with cream cheese.
[I sometimes make this with soppressata instead of prosciutto.]

your menu sounds delicious. When I've served dinner like that I usually do olive tray or charcuterie board. I prefer my guests not fill up on appetizers so they will enjoy the main course.
I host dinner for 12 and usually do these appetizers. The main course is usually some type of pasta or casserole, salad, dessert.
Enjoy!

assorted cheeses and crackers with grapes or a nice fruit tray.

With the heavy foods to come, I would do light and fresh tasting appetizers. A big fruit tray or bowl of cut up fruit would be great. Nuts, unsalted would be perfect.
Put Dave's sweet and hot pickles on the relish tray/board.
Serve a salsa and chips appetizer! Lots of fun salsas now with fruit in them--check out Mrs Renfro's! Their gift packs are a great gift too by the way and their shipping is wonderful! Dorito's scoops are perfect for this.
Popcorn? Maybe put something related to Charlie Brown--a picture etc--next to the bowl. I think that would be a fun reminder of the old Peanuts special where he served popcorn, jelly beans and toast as I remember. Put out paper cups to put the popcorn in--holiday themed cups maybe?
These nuts are wonderful and easy:
2 cups mixed nuts
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt (a little more if nuts were not salted)
30 minutes at 325 degrees on parchment paper
Drizzle with chocolate or butterscotch or caramel if desired (but we never do this step)
Put in refrigerator til chilled

I am already serving a charcuterie board - so won't need anymore cheese and crackers. And I am making bruchetta
And I am making a pot of meatballs, to be served for dinner with the pasta.
So probably only need one more appetizer.

Hot taco dip. Can be made in 10 minutes. 4 ingredients.
Layer 8 oz block of cream cheese
1 jar med or mild salsa.
Pepper jack cheese 8 oz bag
Black olives. (Optional).
Layer in a 8x8 or quiche dish. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave 5-6 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Easy and always goes very quickly!
Have fun. You have lots of food though. The chartuerirre board and bruschetta may be enough!

Deviled eggs and cherry tomatoes (stuffed with a tuna mix) always disappear FAST around my family.
