DS, whom is a contractor told me that "likely they won't want to fool with repairs and parts.".

 

I've never had an issue with any new appliance, large or small.

I have had issues with new appliances and I never expected them to replace the appliance unless they would be unable to fix it.  My last new fridge had an issue and it took them a week or so to get the part and it's been fine ever since.

Samsung is sending a repair team.  We'll see how that goes.

@ECBG You might try looking up online with the model number to see if there are instructions to recalibrate.

I've never had a repair "team" for any appliance issue. Maybe in case they have to take it out?
