I love the chicken salad at Fresh Market too!! We get free croissants when you buy 1 lb- Soooo hard to resist! 
I'm sorry the cake was disappointing, though-

I'm safe here.  I don't like any deli chicken salad I've ever had, and I don't like coconut cake of any kind.  So I'm home free on all of this.
