Mrs Prindables Apples rec'd 12/16 - already bad!

I ordered Mrs Prindables apples with a ship date of 12/13; rec'd them 12/16. Opened the box on 12/21, and set out as Holiday goodies for co-workers. 2 co-workers, who wanted to eat them right away, brought them back saying the apples were bad. Sure enough, when I cut them open, all were mushy, and starting to turn brown. I've purchased Mrs Prindables apples from QVC before, and they've lasted much longer... Has anyone else had a problem with the apples shipped 12/13?
