One of my faves--I used to buy them when my kids were little--they were by Archway I think--they had a hard white frosting/coating on the top and were very flat---I called them "our favorite cookies" and both kids scurried to finish their dinner to have one for dessert. To this day, when DD and I see them, she always mentions"our favorite cookies" and she will be 40 this year--makes me chuckle.

I also liked Nabisco's GingerSnap cookies, but they don't seem as tasty as they did in years past.  I don't know if the cookies changed or if my taste buds did.  They just taste much more bland to me so I don't buy them anymore.  They were so good with a very cold glass of milk.
