I am sure we already know that, but I sent her an email after she was on this weekend and I asked if she knew where I could find a manual for a very old Technique ceramic multi cooker that I found in my cupboard but forgot how to use, recipes, etc.  She sweetly sent me one she thought it might be. I thanked her but said it was even older than the one she sent and sent a picture. About 30 minutes later, she seemed to be really excited that she found one! I coudn't believe it!

Anyway, she is so kind and approachable and I just wanted to give her a shout out. I told her how happy I was to have seen her last weekend and that I was excited to get her new air fryer oven.

Does anyone else remember this?

Meredith has the best cooking lessons of anyone on TV.  That includes all the shopping channel cooks and Food Network chefs..

I have the yellow one and use it for several things. Never got comfortable using the grill pan on a burner, though. Yes, ITA about the awesomeness of the BJC.

She is great about explaining everything. I ordered the hammered skillet and pot set from her show this past Sunday. 

I remember the ceramic set from years ago but never bought it.
