I have been trying out different recipies for meatballs (for sphagetti sauce) and I am about to throw in the towel. I am hoping someone here can help me.
The ingredients I use all sounds great but not so much when it comes time to eat. Good spices, hamburg, garlic, basil, eggs, breadcrumbs, worcestire sauce and on it goes. I have been baking them in the oven to cook. Is this the problem? They just don't have much kick or taste. Very boring.
Any advice for me? Any tried and true recipes? Would love to solve this cooking issue. Other than this, I'm a pretty good cook lol.
