Big sweet potato with butter, pepper, salt substitute

Big salad with Boston lettuce, smoked salmon, celery, dried cranberries, pecans, croutons, chives, dill, pepper, Italian salad dressing

Thinking of having a glass of wine for dessert!

My husband got a late start making chicken noodle soup today (with made from scratch noodles).  I had a Cesar Salad because I couldn't wait.

We have been planning on meat loaf for a couple days.  Maybe later this week.

@QVCkitty1   That is what we had for dinner last night.  DH has started adding mozzarella cheese to the meat mixture and it makes a really tasty meatloaf.

I make meatloaf or stuffed peppers at least once a month. I don't use a recipe so the meatloaf comes out different every time but it's always good.

Tonight was scrambled eggs and bacon.

I had tacos last night for dinner.
