It's cold and snowy here today, so I threw together a meat loaf to have for dinner. This is not a meal we have often, but served with a baked potato and veg. , it sounds perfect for this winters day. What are you having for dinner ?

We're having chicken and rice with an Asian sesame sauce...plus mixed vegets in butter sauce. The meat loaf reminded me that for many years I have been preparing my husband's favorite meal for his birthday...meat loaf, mashed potatoes, and peas. He used to prepare my favorite meal for my birthday...lobster and champagne. I always told him he's a cheap date.

It is snowy here so your meatloaf meal would hit the spot. I have salad ingredients to use up so I'll top our tossed salad with chicken strips and honey mustard dressing.

@QVCkitty1  We're on the same wave length today.  It's snowy and cold here too, so I'm making meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner.

Chili!  Hearty, beefy, not greasy, spicy, thick, cowboy style chili!  Enough heat and enough beef to stick to your ribs!
