I made Martha Stewart's Hokkaido (Japanese white) bread. And while not difficult, it is time consuming. it takes 3 rises. Now my query is this -- I like to make bread dough in my bread machine and then shape/bake it myself in oven. Do you think I could make this dough (it uses yeast dissolved in water & sugar) in my bread machine, an then take it out and let it rise (once of twice) on counter? Bread dough cycle only rises once. I know this is a very specific question but thought maybe somebody might have the answer.
