I'm not even sure what they look like (for what I need). I will describe and hope someone here can recommend something.

Apple corer: I already have a simple corer, but find myself complaining because I do not have anything to do an instant apple slicing. I make apple crumble once or twice a month and would love to make the process easier. Is there a good, solid piece out there that does both, conveniently?

Serv Fork: Not actually a huge one, but bigger than a dinner fork. When I make lemon bars (the bottom part) I use a large fork to mix the components together. The fork is not large enough and I want something with tines that aren't too close, but close enough so it catches the mixture. I twist, turn and press with my regular fork and it just is not convenient....I know there must be something better.
