Mel's Kitchen Cafe (melskithencafe.com) has a recipe for Swig Cookies - and they look like those Lofthouse cookies.

 

Lots of frosted Swig sugar cookies with sprinkles on white tray.

 

I haven't made the Swig cookies yet, but I've had success with her recipes.
