@henderson - I've seen others post in the forums that they've called in the past couple of months and were told that the company is pretty overwhelmed and short staffed right now; hopefully your replacement will arrive soon!

@loriqvc  I had the problem before covid . I have found many companies currently that are understaffed and some gone so I guess L&L would be the same. Smiley Sad Maybe the squeaky wheel will work at times.

Quality is so bad.  I donated all mine to a local thrift shop.
