I had a tab break off a lid too. They wanted $8.00 to replace the darn thing! For one lid? So much for their great replacement policy!

I just called 1 844 527 9188 about a lock & lock that had cracked.  The representative asked for the number on the bottom of the item, my name, phone number and address and said I would have a replacement  in 4-6 weeks, maybe sooner.

 

Yeah!
