Lock & Lock Storage Information

I used to use T-ware. One of the things I found helpful was a paper that stated how much of an item a container would hold. (i.e. 5lb bag of flour, 10lb bag of sugar). Is there anything like that for Lock & Lock? I would love it and I am sure I'm not the only one. It would make it a lot easier when deciding on potential purchases. THANKS!!!
