My favorite is angel food cake with orange frosting. That was always my birthday cake as a child because I did not care for regular cake - still don't.

yes chickenbutt my doc is great. since I switched my diet my triglycerides dropped from 400 to under 200, in just 4 months. no change in pain, but I think I'll sign up for Thai Chi...my doc wants me to take yoga, but the senior center a few blocks from my house has a drop in Tai Chi class for $2.

I'm so glad you have a doc who is really good for you. I don't have medical care anymore, so I don't go to doctors but I remember that there sure were a lot of bad ones out there.

Hope you enjoy your Thai Chi classes. I've not tried that but I've always heard good things.

I will take a slice of cake over a cupcake. My favorite cake is Butterscotch Rum Ripple. I like a dense cake instead of a fluffy cake.

ETA: I also like Blackberry cake with caramel frosting. I made it once for my son's birthday. It tasted better the 2nd day. I'll have to make that one again.

I'm a cake snob. If a cake isn't beautiful, I'm not interested. Having said that, I can't think of anything more beautiful than a well decorated cupcake and I find them nearly impossible to pass up.

A piece of good, moist cake any day. Rich chocolate or carrot preferred. Cupcakes always seem dry to me, maybe I've just never had a good one. Cake isn't our form of sin around here, pie is.
