Le Creuset Factory to Table Events

IMG_0025.png

Just wondering it any of you are familiar with their Factory to Table events.  The Columbus event is sold out.  I'm hoping hey will schedule one for somewhere in the northeast this year.  I signed up for their emails informing when the next one will be held.  As soon as one is in my general backyard, I'm reserving my space and signing up for a VIP pass.  I would love to purchase a mystery box.  Videos of people unboxing theirs are so much fun.  They get everything form 7 qt Dutch ovens, sets of roasting pans, French Press coffee makers, dish cloths, etc. all in one box!  If you love Le Creseut, check out the videos online.

Re: Le Creuset Factory to Table Events

We have been to these events. For $100 (two mystery boxes), we got:

  • a large dutch oven
  • a very large (like, massive) braiser
  • 2 stoneware casserole pans
  • a round stoneware casserole pan with lid
  • 2 spoon rests
  • 2 figural plates

You get a variety of colors, which we don't mind; we think of it as a rainbow of color in our kitchen. We totaled up the value of what we received in our mystery boxes, and I think we were over $800 (maybe closer to 4-figures in value? I can't recall).

Aside from the mystery box success, our first event by far had the better inventory for sale -- all kinds of baking pans, stainless steel roasters & pans, 5-pan sets, individual large capacity pans. At the second event, it was the year of the cocotte -- of every imagineable size, color & shape -- and "meh" options otherwise.

@Zoe So glad you got to attend one! From what I understand, it's very difficult to obtain tix once it's announced.  I would go just to get my hands on the bread oven, and some baking dishes with covers.  I'm like you.  Any color would be fine with me.  I already have have blue, yellow, and white pieces.  I love the new Rhône color (it's sort of burgundy) with the gold knob.  I don't need another Dutch ovens but if i could get my hands on one, I would 🥰
