It's a fantastic price, I ordered it. Online didn't list which line, Classic or Signature. Decided to call after the order, CS said it was Classic, hence the lower price, so I cancelled.
FYI; BBB has this in Signature for $390, but if you use their 20% coupon it ends up being $311, $12 over Q's price for Classic.
I do better with Signature; greater resistance to chipping, larger handles ( probably the greatest plus for me) lids are tighter fitting, enamel easier to clean ( classic is also easy, but Sig even better) and durability to temperature shock is greater.
I have a Signature Oval Dutch 6.75 qt and Signature 5 qt brasier, both in caribbean. Love them.

Thanks for posting the difference between the two. I just received a 5.5?qt as part of my charge card rewards program. Took me a few years to get enough points! I didn't know there were 2 lines until I saw your post. Turns out mine is the Signature.

@CinNCYou're welcome! WOW! a free LC, thats fantastic! Is your's a round or the brasier?
As far as what line the 8QT was, I don't think I heard it mention during the show, maybe they did. I thought it odd online didn't list it as one or the other, thats the only reason I called CS.
Classic is a fine line, it's been around for decades. Signature just fits me better; I'm petite, so my hands are small, they fit fine in Classic's handles, but I can fit more of my hand in Signatures handle, so it's secure for me to handle.
With so many coupons and sales out there you can pretty much find Signature at a good price, even matching Classic's $.
I bought one of my pans here and another from Nordstrom. I do want to buy the Signature 8qt. I will check prices between William Sonoma, sometimes Lowes has items online which they don't carry in store, Nordstrom, BBB, the last 2 have great return policies- unlimited time usually. Q's great too, especially the gifting season!
Enjoy your LC!

Mine is round - they offered the orange, cherry and blue colors and only the blue was left. I didn't realize that you shouldn't do acidic items such as spaghetti sauce in it. I think the first thing we made was chili.
I have just a few better pieces of cookware. My first was a Scanpan CTQ from Sur La Table last Christmas - everyday pan. It was half off plus an additional 20% and free shipping. Then I won a Calphalon saucepan from HSN.
Also trying to decide if I want to switch to an Instant Pot from my slow cooker.

I believe Le Creuset are exempt from BBB coupons though...hope I'm wrong though!! It would be awesome to be able to use one!!

Hi, Thats weird about no spagetti sauce, I've cooked tomato based sauces for years. I've never had a problem with any of my LC, one's 40yrs old, and the new I just bought.
Scanpans are very nice as are Caphalon, caN'T GO WRONG. CONGRATS ON THE FREE ONE! I've had both. Now my go to (beside LC, is Analon Copper. The main reason, the inside of the rivets are covered by the same material as the pan, which makes it a breeze to clean. Those pans take me less than a minute to clean, no joke. I can trust my kids with them, no matter the mess, or burned food- they cook higher than medium even after I let them know to use low-med heat, never high. I don't fret because they come perfectly clean and by hand, very quickly with water, tiny bit of dish liquid and a paper towel.
I've never had an Instapot, but i Know people love them. It never hurts to try one and compare. I don't know where they're sold, but try to buy from BBB or sometimes various brands can be found at Lowes online and in store, which have great and a very long return policy- BBB, Nordstrom, sometimes various brands can be found at Lowes online and in store- I bought one of my LC pieces from Nordstroms online, and they'll match prices.

Hi, yes, LC is one of the higher brands they allow. Not so with Vitamix, both the individual coupon and Beyond+ membership., which I finally joined. For me it's much easier than remembering coupons, and since BBB stopped honoring expired coupons, I never had enough new ones.
