I'm not a big lasagna fan, but I agree that Rana makes a good one.

Stouffer's, who has many good products, makes a lousy lasagna.

I like Michael Angelo frozen lasagna too.  Rao's also makes a good one.

Rana makes a great alfredo sauce too.

I've wanted to try the lasagna but was waiting to hear some reviews.  I'll have to try it.

I do love lasagna--and I do love Rana brand too, but so much sodium in all that stuff--just can't eat it anymore. And DD can't  do any dairy. I have made lasagna using an almond cream that is pretty good-- but really, no good, tasty, non dairy cheese in the world yet so whats the point. We like Ranas filled pastas--and have that once in a while, altho still dairy in it--DD eats a small amount.

My Costco also sells Rana products.

@Jrzgirl , I just saw a Costco ad on Tik Tok and they had Rana short rib lasagna. Now I'm really jealous of people near a Costco . LOL.

If you have a Trader Joe near I would suggest their meat lasagna--it is in the freezer section.

My husband grew up with an Italian grandmother and mother who made them from scratch. I have made it but it is as stated labor intensive. My husband has stated that this tastes like the ones he grew up with.

Based on your recommendation, I bought and tried the Trader Joe's meat lasagna. It is delicious. I will definately buy it again. Just as good, if not better, than the Stanganelli's Italian Foods lasagna that QVC sells and no where near the QVC price even when on sale. Better than Rana lasagna too! Will buy the TJ's version from now on. Thanks!

I've been making lasagna for years.  I'd make a large lasagna and it would take a long time to make.  Now I make a smaller version, about 4 nice size portions using the no boil lasagna noodles.  Meat, cheeses, sauce as usual and I can have it put together in 15 minutes (minus baking).  So much simpler and just as good.

Thanks for the Rana recommendation for lasagna. I've had some of the Rana products and liked them a lot. The last lasagna I made was not very good and Stouffer's is almost inedible, so I'll be trying Rana's.
