My DH tickeled my Mom pink with his version of "Norwegian lasagna". He added a layer (or 2) of sliced hard boiled eggs. Made it so colorful. Mom was impressed and added it to her recipe.

I make my own lasagna, which is HEALTHIER than store bought brands and frozen brands because they contain WAY too much sodium. The filling is ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and spinach. I also make my own marinara sauce or use Rao's.
