There's a video of MarkCharles with the 6 Mason Jars.

He does say to handwash and not microwave.

Thanks for all the replies. Item # K 339558.

I just checked Items Recently on Air for Sunday noon and don't see the set. It was presented by a woman and David was with her. I had recorded to watch it the next day or two while I "recouped" from my flu/Covid vaccines.

The ones I have (drawers full) were purchased awhile ago and at the time they were said to be OK for dishwasher and microwave. I always put them in the dishwasher on the top rack and do microwave them with the lid leaving space.

*****I went to LockNLock site just now and played the video of her presenting...first minute or two of the show. It's a 6 piece rectangular set with a "new" top that helps them stack and made of a silicone product...so guess they've revamped them. She did say no dishwasher or microwave even though airtight and watertight. David chimed in and said "Just put it in one time and they'll be all mangled.....".

@Shanus - Okay, I was curious and looked up a couple of sets with six pieces. In the presentation linked below, around the 2:10 mark, Janine is showing a non-LocknLock container and talking about how it does not have a seal to keep its contents airtight and watertight and that it cannot go in the microwave or dishwasher. Was that perhaps what you heard/saw?

@loriqvc   The item # is K 339558 and she was hosting with David. I'm pretty sure it was not on Q2.

@Shanus   That was Janine, the former LnL brand rep.  You must have been watching a repeat show.  She was showing a comparison of the cheaper storage containers, not LocknLock.

Janine picked up the competitive, cheaper throw-away as comparison -- notice it has a red lid.  The LocknLock lid she was presenting with David was blue. She said, "with that throw-away, these ..... are not made for the microwave or dishwasher." David chimed in, "you put them in there once, and they'll probably warp out of shape."

Again, they are talking about the competitive container, not LocknLock.

@Caaareful Shopper   Ah, thanks so much for clarifying this entire situation!!!

Strange that the former rep for LockNLock was showing another plastic set and putting down the ones she used to represent.

I assumed the shows on Q2 are live beginning at 11AM...used to be that way, but don't usually watch QVC.

@Shanus - It seems there is a misunderstanding here. Janine was still the brand representative for LocknLock during the presentation you're referencing, which was not new on Sunday. (Janine was replaced a couple weeks ago by MarkCharles Misilli, who actually did present LocknLock items live during ITKWD on Sunday.)

As @Caaareful Shopper noted, she was comparing a standard lidded plastic container you can get at the grocery store—which is not typically safe to put in the dishwasher or microwave—with LocknLock containers, which are safe for both of those environments.
