Did anyone actually buy the food?  Great critiques, but the bottom line is did she sell anything?  Very high prices, more than QVC's usual very high prices.

To all the people who complain about the cost of Martha's turkey dinner,  the price / meal is ~ $12.00!!! That is NOT expensive. Love Martha and loved seeing her on QVC with her TSV!

Yes, I purchased the Brie and two of the side dishes.  For the convenience, quality, size, and amount of ingredients I felt the price was fair.

Putting aside all the negative comments about her & TSV surrounding price, ingredients, her ups & downs, etc...

This was the first time in a very long time I actually enjoyed & learned during the hours & hours of the TSV presentations!

I thought she handled every host from Rick D's hyper-activity to the pleasantness of David Veneable (who imo is always a gentlemen - even though he's super excited with certain guests!😊)!  Plus, no kissing (hosts) every time she came on a simple hello or handshake - low keyed!

I just know I've learned over my many years from her great shows, recipes & crafting.  My Dream day would be to sit & chat with her OR she could serve her turkey & sides anytime at my house!

I agree,

they did let her do the presentation completely,

and I did like no kissy, kissy

I saw Marthat last night On Air with Jill B.........Martha has not changed since I watched her TV show years back. Its very much her domain (placing "herbs around the platter is a good thing" and she spoke over Jill several times. Jill being the pro she is gave viewers the necessary info we needed and kept the presention going smoothly.

I thought Martha's prices were outrageous !!!  But she puts cream cheese in her mashed potatoes ???  Pure bliss IMO.   I would love Judith Ripka and Martha to sit down for a dual presentation at Holiday time !!!!!

Yes I purchased the tsv and 2 sides plus her tomato tarts - on another note am wearing her super comfy embroidered jeans plus the blue tunic top.

All good for me looking forward to future shows.

@jackthebear  You are right.  Martha is definitely a pro all around.  If she weren't, she would probably have smacked that little Sharon when she said "Thank You My Dear"  at the end of her segment with Martha.  That is just so condescending.

I found that if I closed my eyes, it was like listening to her during one of her shows back in the day. I kept waiting for her to say "it's a good thing!". Lol. : )

Loved the presentations, loved the stories about her mom (you could see her eyes light up when she talked about her mom and sister) and well, just enjoyed it. : )

@SahmIam--------apparently you don't have to go "back in the day" to see her show. I was catching up on my People magazine reading last night and found out that she has a show on VH-1 with her bestie Snoop Dog.

It is probable that you ,and the rest of the world ,are already aware of this

but it was news to me...
