KitchenAid Customer Service Fixed Me Up!

So this past winter i purchased the 9 cup Food Processor.  Perfect for me.  But today the disc adapter had a run in with my disposal,  The disposal won.  Sad me,

Called Kitchen Aid Customer Service.  The part is being sent to me--No Charge!

That's wonderful!  Kitchenaid has CS that is exceptional!  It speaks extremely well for the company.  I have the ultra big Professional 600 mixer and love the thing.  Had it for years and it it's like new.  But I know they have my back if I have a problem.... Woman LOL

thats great that they covered it. we had an issue with our kd food processer when we first got it and they shipped us a brand new one no charge. we just sent the broken one back. free of charge and they sent us a shipping label.

My son and I got my sister a KA mixer for Christmas one year.  About 18 months later, it wouldn't run.

 

My sister called KA and they sent her out a brand new mixer and a box with prepaid postage to sent the broken one back.

 

My mixer is about 36 years old and runs great.  I love KA products. They stand behind their items.

They don't always stand behind their products.   I had a five year old mixer that stopped working; when I called them they would have fixed it if I'd sent it to them on their dime (the total estimate was ridiculous).  I bought another kitchenware from Amazon.  I still think that their mixers are great.
