Oh ladies, it was really too funny yesterday, I'm still laughing about it as to how all these years and I don't know how to use a knife! Yes, a knife!

I never used this one before, just got it with a set and just put it away, it's a hand held Kitchenaid red handled boomerang styled knife.

I took my apple out yesterday afternoon for a snack, started to cut it up and it wouldn't cut! I did everything possible to try to cut the apple in half, gouged it and it broke, then tried to cut slices and that darn knife wouldn't work! After 5 minutes of actually hacking up my apple and thinking the knife was defective, I wasn't using the side with the blade....for crying out loud, never had this kind of funky shaped knife and the funniest thing was I didn't even know how to use it. Once I was hacking away you would think I would of turned it around or checked the blade, heck no, I just thought they didn't manufacture the knife correctly.

How stupid do I feel....very and today I'm still shaking my head and thought to myself, what in the world were you thinking girl.

This almost ties with my coffee grinder not working last week, sure helps if you plug it in. I thought I needed a new one, it just wouldn't work. Tough month.
