She explains the appliances she presents step by step and that is nice. 

She had big shoes to fill and is doing well in my opinion.

Tina's voice never bothered me to begin with.  I don't know why people are griping...  I guess some people always have to find something to complain about IMO...  The L&L lady's voice and accent is much worse to me..
