What’s the difference between this product and a presume cooker besides not cooking under pressure?
Or any difference good or bad from a cast iron Dutch oven like Le Creuset?

Good question. I got a Cook's Essential aluminum roasting pan I now use for all baking of meats then put them in pressure cooker to tenderize them up.
This gadget to me would be more of a low pressure, longer cooking time type of gadget like Gordon Ramsey came out with yrs. ago.
Price is right, though

p.s. skip the Le Crueset big ol heavy expensive pots. Nordic Ware and other mfg's have lot cheaper and whole lot lighter pots to use.
I got a Nordic Ware dutch oven that I really love just bought it month ago already reaching for it for every time.

I ordered this because it had great reviews,clearance price, plus free s/h. I’d love some tips on using it as it only comes with a brief cookbook. Anyone use it with great success? I know they made mashed potatoes in 10 minutes, but nothing was said about, for instance, how long to cook a pot roast. Tia....
