Thank you for your opinion. That is not what I asked. I happen to have brokem my finger  last week which makes it very difficult to mix anything by hand (or type) so I was simpy asking a question so that I could make a meatloaf, since I still have to eat.

Well I only use one hand. Hopefull you don't have a broken finger on both hands.

To each their own, but I tried them and we ended up throwing them away. They don't even compare to a good homemade meatball. I only bought them because my husband wanted to try them thinking he'd be saving me some work.

I was so glad when Laura gave the tip to use the KA mixer when making a meat loaf.   I do it all the time now.  Less messy and so quick.  Always turns out good too.
