Most Kind bars are 200 calories, some slightly more, some a little less. The carbs on some are 20 and more. Everyone has different needs and goals for snacks. These are not in my target range, although I am sure they taste good. They are readily available, so if I want to buy one I will choose the one I want. I do not need 28 at once.

To add, I don't eat any "bars" for meal replacements. Never have.

I just discovered these delicious bars last week. I get the chocolate nut bar and it was so good AND I was full for the rest of the day. I will start looking for the best value on them because they are to expensive at the Q. IF the come down to $1.00 or less with no shipping I would buy to try all the flavors.

They may not be a diet bar BUT they are filling and good so if they make me eat less, that is a good thing!

Don't worry, be Happy!

For just a snack, yes I think they are high. But I do eat a meal replacement at least 5 days a week for breakfast. I eat them at my desk with coffee. So for me, a Kind bar would be fine. As a snack, no.
