While you can usually find them cheaper, in QVC's defense, they're two cents cheaper than what Trader Joe's sells them for. The TSV is around $1.43 per bar and my Trader Joe's sells them for $1.45 per bar and TJ's doesn't have very many flavors.

I was going to ask this very question - can you find all of these flavors out in the marketplace? I like the variety that Q offers. I've been on the fence about trying these, and decided to go for it this time. They're actually for my husband, who normally skips lunch. He could use something like this to tide him over until dinner.

It's nice to hear from the poster RE: the diabetic info - thank you for that!

Sometimes you can, but not always at the same store. My TJ's only carries a few flavors, whereas my supermarket carries many more.

If you like the flavors QVC offers, then you should order them here. It's easier than running from store to store trying to find your favorites.

We recommend Kind bars to our diabetic patients. Suggest that they either order the 'mini' ones or cut regular ones in half to use as one of their balanced snacks. Kind sends us the mini ones to give out at class.

Recommend "candy" bars (aka Kind bars) to your diabetic patients? That's one of the cruelest & most irresponsible thing I've every heard. And you DO realize the reason Kind supplies the bars for your classes...is to keep themselves in business. And of course the doctors will approve of that...telling diabetics that eating "candy" bars keeps the doctors in business, as well. So, so sad how people trust the medical profession w/ blinded faith when it's so, so wrong.

you should be teaching them how to eat a whole food, low fat, plant based diet with no processed foods. SMH

Thank you for reading..and remembering...my posts! No medical degree, just living the lifestyle. True, Dr. McDougall is an internist, but many years ago he saw the writing on the wall of today...so he started doing opposite of what other mainstream doctors were doing. His patients were...getting WELL...and that's something most mainstream doctors don't want you to do...they want you to be sick to pad their pockets. Doctors only get minimal nutritional schooling, so he figured it out, like many other physicians of the PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine). Eating a Whole Foods, Low Fat, Plant based lifestyle is clean, healthy, inexpensive & ethical. If it makes me a better person, I'm not apologizing. I will continue to speak the truth. If just one person reads my posts & converts to this beautiful lifestyle...I consider that a success! Again thank you for reading my posts & remembering me!

Whether or not Kind bars are good for you, my gripe it that the TSV should be a TSV for all viewers, not just for those that can't find Kind bars for a good price locally. When I see this type of pricing I question how legitimate their TSV prices are in general, and lately the comparison has not been favorable to QVC.

There are healthy fats vs. not healthy fats. Example: Avocados, very healthy fat, so are nuts, without being in the traditional sugar laden candy bar. I have never had a Kind bar, but tempted to try them. I can send them back, if they do not work out for me. The so called Free S/H is included in the price, you are paying S/H, just a play on words for sales purposes.

I have a question for those that have tried these bars, are they hard on your teeth? I mean hard, very chewy, consistency? I do not want to lose a tooth over chewing on one. I have had a high protein bar that was so hard to chew, I thought I would lose a tooth, never got again. I am thinking about trying these, like I said I will return if I do not like them.

Download the nutrtional information. Some of the Kind bar flavors have over 20 carbs. That is not diabetic friendly.

Lots of carbs in everyone I looked at also.

One of our grocery stories had Kind Bars 10/$10.00 last week. Not the small ones. Although they are not that large anyway.

I thin I could make a better choice for myself than one of these bars. JMO

Costco has them..18 count per box @$19.99 per box (2 flavors included in the box.. dark chocolate sea salt and Madagascar vanilla)

Each of these 2 flavors have 9 net carbs each. Nuts are a healthy fat. What's nice is that they are Not overly sweet like a candy bar at all. I don't know what the other ones are like.

Of course everyone is different but that is diabetic friendly. They will tell you to keep snacks at 15 carbs so that is really close

They are great to keep in my bag just in case I work late or don't have a chance to get lunch. Great to eat on the way home if I am really hungry, then I don't have to stop at a fast food place. I agree that the Q price is high compared to what I can get locally. They are on sale at my local grocery store for 10 for $10! They go on sale like this every couple of months. My teens love them too to curb the hunger after their workouts/practice! Also get to pick and choose only the flavors we like.
