I just submitted form on Kuerig site ( link posted above) and got a response back that mine is unaffected. I purchased my personal Keurig when it was a TSV on December 10th

I bought one for my Mother-in-law in 2009..She has been using it everyday from Dec 2009 and has not had any problems. My Niece has one and My sister=in=law has one all purchased after 2009 and they work perfectly..I have one which I purchased in 2012 and I leave it in My timeshare in Aruba...I use it 21 days per year and have NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS....I don't know what to say...I think it's more of a Pre Caution than anything else....They don't want to get SUED!!!

Hello

I went to the recall webpage and the number on the bottom of the keurig k10 I purchased as the TSV didn't match up. Yes, it started with a 31 but the number didn't seem to be part of the recall. The writer who spoke with keurig and they said the units purchased on QVC were not affected seems to be correct info. I am keeping mine

Poison Prindables, Scalding Keurigs, Cracking Temp-Tations, Poor quality GILI, Dyson recall.

Boy, at least it's a lot easier to return this junk to a stick and mortar.

It doesn't say WHERE the hot water could leak from. I'm not going to worry about it and just keep mine.

It seems the problem is with brewing more than 2 cups in quick succession. I've been using mine everyday for 2 weeks. No problems. I'm keeping mine.

I bought my mother one for Christmas last year, 2013, and she never said anything. So I really don't know what to do.i'll tell her when I see her not to use it consecutively one cup after another. She really never said anything about it. She never even said how much she loved it. I'll tell her if she is worriedto throw it away.

Hmmm - Just turned my mini over. It's not a K10. That's the only model number I'm seeing in the recall info. I've had no sputtering in the 5+ years I've had it, so I'm just going to continue to use it. (No idea where I bought mine - either QVC or BBB)
