OOps, Now what. It was for me because it was a gadget, cute and easy to move about and to store.

I just spoke with a Keurig customer service representative at the telephone number they have published in connection with this product recall (1-844-255-7886). She told me that my serial number of the Keurig I bought here on QVC (from the Dec 10th TSV) was NOT affected by the recall, and is NOT part of the defective batch, so I didn't need to do anything -- that my Keurig unit is fine. I'm not sure whether to believe that or not. Has anyone else who bought the TSV called Keurig and been told similar info (or contrary info)?

I've gotten emails for recalls as well as a letter. If the one's they sold are in the faulty ones, they'll take them back.

Chatter - I don't know if I believe the information you got. The recall says it includes any model with a 31 on the bottom, and mine does.

After I saw this I called Customer Service.. they told me I could return and to mark as defective.. which I am doing .. I went out and had to buy two more I got the K40 ..just what we need two days before Christmas.. first the Prindable apples which I bought now this .. at least they will accept the return
