Keurig Platinum AND Vue Users/Owners

I have seen very few reviews on Q for the Vue system and I am really wanting to hear comparisons on these two systems from those that have used/owned both of them.

Tangenitally, I am wondering how many of the vue owners are returning their machines and for what reasons as it seems there are still some flaws to work out and the cost of the Vue cups is more?
