Turkey roaster

It's almost that time of year, and I decided last year that I was getting an electric turkey roaster this year. Target has the Bella Cucina brand for $39. It has better reviews online than other more expensive ones. What do ya'll think? Should I wait closer to Thanksgiving to see if Target gives a free turkey with purchase?
