I got the Keurig 2.0 when it was TSV. I had it less than 2 weeks and it just stopped pumping water. I returned it to QVC for a replacement. I received the replacement and it worked for exactly 2 days and stopped pumping water. I'm done with Keurig 2.0. QVC and Keurig should both be reading customer reviews and do something to address this problem before selling anymore.

Keurig just had a huge product recall. I don't know if this model was included.

I have had the 2.0 since September and love it. I have had no problems and just descaled it for the first time.

I'm not surprised at the failures. The more bells and whistles they put on a simple machine like a coffeemaker, the more it is prone to breakdowns. I had been thinking of purchasing the basic model K-10 but may now stick to my Mr. Coffee from K-Mart which cost about $20 and is still brewing along.

I don't think it was. It was the small personal size one that they have been selling for a few years. The 2.0 is a newer model.

Some mini's spit out hot water when brewing - mine is okay so far!

I can only imagine the volume of recalls in the coming months for the 2.0, there are so many issues with them!

I am so sorry that happened to you!

I bought the Keurig K-75 Platinum from Costco, despite the bad reviews. After 2 months, it conked out just as people said it would. I returned it and bought a K-65 from Target on clearance.

That and my 6 year old K-40 are working fine.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

{#emotions_dlg.ohmy} I'm really worried about Keruig and everything going on with the products.

If I cannot get a new Keruig if mine breaks ,I do not remember how to make coffee in a coffee pot {#emotions_dlg.sad}

No - they recalled minis. I have 2 minis, both over 5 years old, both doing just fine.

I think when anything gets sold into millions and millions and millions of homes, there are bound to be problems. I read the mini recall carefully since I own 2. Over 6.6 million being recalled. 200 reported problems- that's so far under 1% that I don't know how to read the number on my calculator. It gave me a long decimal number with a negative 5 after it - never saw anything like that. I'm thinking it meant .00003% might have had problems. That's about as close to nothing as you can get - unless you're one of the people who got burned.

Most of us mini users probably don't make several cups in quick succession which is what brought on the problems. I know I make one cup and the machine turns itself off before I want more.

I have a mini. Mine was not on the recall list. Even if it had been, I was not having problems, it works great. I would not have seen a reason to return it. I agree, the problems reported, were miniscule, compared to the units sold.
